Investment Policy
The Fund’s objective is to generate income from the commercial exploitation of the shopping centers and outlets in its portfolio, as well as to realize capital gains through the acquisition and sale of these assets. The Fund predominantly invests in completed properties but is also permitted to invest in greenfield projects involving shopping centers and outlets.
